Unreliable, Zero Communication, and Canceled 4 Hours Before Check-In Positive: Nothing. See below. Negative: Do not trust this property with your trip. I attempted to contact the host six days before my arrival with a basic question and received no response. I noticed previous negative reviews mentioning poor response times and automated check-in details sent at the exact minute of check-in, so while I was stressed, I assumed this was just their standard operating procedure and trusted the reservation would be honored. It was far worse. After driving across the state to reach the island on a busy holiday weekend, the host canceled my reservation just four hours before check-in. According to Booking.com customer service, the property had double-booked the weekend, and they chose to kick me out at the last minute. Trying to find last-minute accommodations on an island during a holiday weekend with four hours' notice was an absolute nightmare. The host showed zero communication, zero accountability, and complete disregard for their guests. Save yourself the stress and book somewhere else.

Positive: Nice & clean, had everything we needed. Decorated very nicely. Felt like a home. Negative: The description really needs to explain about the stairs to get to the apartment. They are steep, a pain to carry luggage up. Definitely would not suggest anyone who has trouble climbing up stairs or is an older couple. The description also says there is private parking. It is not private parking, it is street parking. Chose this place over a hotel due to thinking we had a private, off the road parking.

I was very satisfied with my stay Positive: The property was perfect, the rooms were exactly what we needed. The air conditioning was great, the house was very spacious. Negative: There was nothing that I didn’t like about the property.
