Positive: Nice & clean, had everything we needed. Decorated very nicely. Felt like a home. Negative: The description really needs to explain about the stairs to get to the apartment. They are steep, a pain to carry luggage up. Definitely would not suggest anyone who has trouble climbing up stairs or is an older couple. The description also says there is private parking. It is not private parking, it is street parking. Chose this place over a hotel due to thinking we had a private, off the road parking.

I was very satisfied with my stay Positive: The property was perfect, the rooms were exactly what we needed. The air conditioning was great, the house was very spacious. Negative: There was nothing that I didn’t like about the property.

Positive: This was a wonderful place to stay. It was very clean and had all the nessacities we needed for the stay. The host responded in a timely manner regarding the stay. We had no issues. Negative: The couch was uncomfortable to sit, but it was nice to accommodate the family.

Perfect space for our party of 8, loved it! Positive: Just a few blocks from the strand, Pleasure Pier, the Seawall, and restaurants. Love the rooftop patio, the decor, the spaciousness, the cleanliness. Had everything we needed. Will definitely be back. Negative: Like other reviews, the steep stairs were challenging but worth it!
